Returns

  • Cosmetic products cannot be returned once opened or used.

Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue are required for verification
  • Proof of purchase is mandatory

Refund Process

  • Once the request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Allergic reactions due to individual skin sensitivity
  • Damage caused by improper usage or storage
